Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: September 2026

At VigoraX Global, we take pride in delivering premium B2B solutions, including Government Tender Management, Legal Support, IT Development, and Data Analytics. Because our services involve dedicated human resources, technical expertise, and time-intensive manual work from the moment a project is initiated, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair to both our clients and our teams.

General Standard: As a professional B2B service provider, all sales and service agreements are considered final. Once our team has commenced work on your project, we generally do not offer refunds.

1. General Cancellation Window

We understand that business plans can change. If you wish to cancel an ordered service or subscription package, you must do so within a strict timeframe:

  • Within 24 Hours: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of payment—and our team has not yet initiated any documentation, portal registration, or development work—you are eligible for a 100% refund (minus any payment gateway or transaction charges).
  • After Work Commences: If our team has already started the project (e.g., drafted legal documents, begun GeM registration, or allocated an HR/Finance executive), the cancellation request will be denied, and no refund will be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

To maintain absolute transparency, please note that refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind or decide you no longer need the service after the 24-hour window.
  • Delay in Client Inputs: If the project is delayed or halted because you failed to provide the necessary documents, OTPs, or approvals required for Tender Bidding or Legal filings.
  • Third-Party Rejections: If a government portal (like GeM or CPPP) rejects your tender application due to issues with your company's eligibility, past records, or failure to meet technical criteria. We charge for the preparation and filing effort, not guaranteed government approvals.

3. Service-Specific Refund Rules

Because VigoraX Global operates as a comprehensive Virtual Corporate Office, the nature of our work varies across departments. Please review the specific rules applicable to your chosen service:

A. Government Tenders (GeM / CPPP)

  • Tender management requires the immediate allocation of executives to study the BOQ, analyze technical criteria, and prepare compliance documents.
  • Fees paid for tender bidding, vendor assessment, or profile registration are strictly non-refundable once the executive begins the documentation process.
  • VigoraX Global is not liable for refunds if a tender is lost, disqualified, or rejected by the buyer department due to market competition or client-side document deficiencies.

B. IT Development & Performance Marketing

  • Web Architecture: Development projects are executed in milestones. Once a milestone (e.g., UI/UX design approval) is completed and acknowledged, the fee associated with that milestone is non-refundable.
  • Ad Campaigns: Any budget allocated directly to third-party ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta) cannot be refunded by us. Our agency management fee is non-refundable once the campaign strategy has been actively deployed.

C. Subscription Packages (Virtual Corporate Office)

  • Our comprehensive packages (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) are billed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual retainer basis to reserve dedicated teams (Virtual CFO, HR, Legal).
  • You may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle begins to prevent future charges.
  • However, no prorated refunds are issued for the current active billing cycle, as our professionals remain allocated to your account until the end of the paid term.

4. Force Majeure

VigoraX Global shall not be held liable for any delays, failures, or inability to provide services—and no refunds will be issued—if such delays are caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, government portal server crashes (e.g., GeM site downtime), natural disasters, internet outages, or sudden changes in government compliance laws.
